We are a stable and reliable company seeking hard-working, motivated, and reliable candidates for the 1st Shift Janitorial Supervisor position in our Office/Warehouse. This role involves ensuring all janitorial services meet established standards, performing quality control, managing inventory, and effectively communicating with team members, management, and customers. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with strong people skills, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Ability to manage effectively with good communication and people skills with positive and outgoing attitude
- Problem solver
- Fast-paced
- Capable of working with minimal supervision
- Must be over the age of 21
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
Responsibilities
- Making sure all services are performed to established standards and in a timely manner
- Quality control of services performed using customized scorecards
- Ensure accurate tracking and ordering of our client's consumables inventory
- Ability to professionally communicate effectively with team members, upper management and customers
- Strong ability to effectively resolve conflict
- CAN TAKE DIRECTION
- Additional duties, as needed, in order to get the job done well and on-time
