About The Position

The Supervisor reports to the Senior Operation Manager and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of employees within the shift and assigned buildings. This role carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies and applicable State and Federal laws. The Supervisor assists in managing the overall activities of a project(s), supervises the project crew, and coordinates services activities for assigned buildings, ensuring services are performed as contracted and meet customer specifications. Key responsibilities include maintaining and monitoring work schedules, conducting quality assurance checks, managing materials inventory and general use of equipment, including key controls, and overseeing snow removal services. The role also involves resolving on-site services delivery problems, participating in ongoing management/technical skills development training programs, conducting new employee orientations, developing employees’ skills and abilities, performing conference room set-ups and occasional internal moves, and maintaining effective customer relations. This position is for a new role within the company.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish

  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience
  • Up-to-date knowledge of cleaning practices/procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
  • Compliance with COVID related protocols, which may include providing documentation of full vaccination or agreeing to regular COVID testing.

Responsibilities

  • Establish/maintain work performance standards.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and manages materials inventory as well as general use of equipment. Including key controls.
  • Snow removal services.
  • Resolve on-site services delivery problems.
  • Participate in on-going management/technical skills development training programs. Including safety and safety site committee.
  • Conduct orientation of new employees, develops employees’ skills/abilities.
  • Conference room set ups and sometime internal moves as needed.
  • Maintain effective on-going customer relations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
