About The Position

This role involves managing and overseeing a team of cleaners to ensure facilities are cleaned, sanitized, and serviced to high standards. Requirements

Must be 18 years old
Must have work authorization
Must be willing to pass multiple Safety tests
A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required
A valid driver's license will be required and a good driving record
At least two years of Janitorial Supervisor experience
Basic computer proficiency
Able to lift up to 40lbs.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee a team of cleaners.
Inspect all the work performed to ensure it meets company standards, client expectations, and any applicable local, state, or federal regulations.
Supervise and train staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Create weekly schedules for cleaning staff, including daily assignments, lunch breaks, and time off.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed for each account.
Perform cleaning duties (e.g., sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, restocking restrooms, and trash disposal).
Be available to cover shifts when required.
