The Supervisor reports to the Senior Operation Manager and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of employees within the shift and assigned buildings. This role involves carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies and applicable State and Federal laws. The Supervisor will assist in managing the overall activities of a project(s), supervise the project crew, and coordinate services activities for assigned buildings. A key aspect of this role is ensuring that services are performed as contracted and meet customer specifications. The Supervisor will also maintain/monitor work schedules, conduct quality assurance checks, manage materials inventory and equipment usage, including key controls and snow removal services. Additionally, the role involves resolving on-site services delivery problems, participating in ongoing management/technical skills development training, conducting new employee orientations, developing employee skills, performing conference room set-ups and internal moves as needed, and maintaining effective customer relations. The incumbent is responsible for assisting in the management of the site account, which includes work-scheduling, establishing work standards, conducting site evaluations/audits, inventory/equipment usage, budget control, employee evaluations, trouble-shooting/problem solving, orientation/safety training, customer relations, payroll, and special project work.
