About The Position

As Location Supervisor, you'll oversee daily cleaning operations at your assigned worksite, keeping it clean and healthy for our customers, their clients, and the grounds. You'll lead your crew by example and serve as the customer's key point of contact.

Ability to read cleaning instructions and distinguish between cleaning products and their proper uses.

Nice To Haves

Custodial, janitorial, or housekeeping experience is a plus (5+ years preferred), but not required.
Experience with a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital, or school is a plus.

Responsibilities

Ensure crew performance meets ServiceMaster standards and maintain clear communication with the customer.
Sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean windows, and move furniture and equipment using ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) where required.
Open and lock facilities, and arm and disarm security systems as required.
Other duties as assigned.
