Requirements

• Proven experience in janitorial or custodial work, preferably in a commercial setting.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must hold Commercial General Liability Insurance
• Must have verifiable references from previous vendors that you have performed services for.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in assigned areas.
