About The Position

INTEGRO is seeking self-motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and great attention to detail to join our team at one of our dealership locations. As part of our team, you will be working onsite at one of our automotive dealership locations ensuring the worksite remains safe, clean, and welcoming for everyone who enters. No prior automotive experience is required, and paid onsite training is available. INTEGRO has over 40 years in the automotive industry and is a fast-growing company looking to expand its team with people who have great character, take pride in their work, and want to build a career.

Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
Clean and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and high-touch areas (door handles, light switches).
Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners.
Monitor and replenish supplies like paper towels, soap, and toilet paper.
Follow all safety instructions and company policies.
Provide exceptional customer service and work with your team to ensure all customer needs are met.
Other duties may be assigned based on location requirements.
Frequent movement and getting into and out of vehicles repeatedly during each work shift.
Work may be completed inside or outside under varying climate conditions.
