As a Janitorial Site Supervisor on our team, you lead daily cleaning operations to keep our client's facility safe, pristine, and running smoothly!

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
ability to lift up to 35 lbs
strong leadership and communication skills
At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in janitorial or commercial facility operations.
Ability to inspect quality, direct daily work schedules, and lead safety huddles.
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs throughout your shift.
Reliable work ethic, strong organization, and professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

Directly supervising general cleaners, assigning daily work zones, schedules, and project tasks.
Training new team members on cleaning procedures, chemical safety, equipment use, and PPE.
Inspecting completed work regularly, maintaining check-logs, and enforcing safety compliance.
Serving as a hands-on Cleaning Team Lead by managing inventory, coordinating floor care projects, and stepping in to clean when needed.
