About The Position

Nexodus Clean is growing its network of cleaning professionals who support commercial and industrial facilities with dependable, detail-oriented service. We value providers who take pride in consistent execution, clear documentation, and following site-specific instructions carefully. This work plays an important role in helping each facility stay clean, presentable, and well maintained. In this role, you will help keep assigned sites orderly by completing routine trash removal and exterior cleanup tasks while documenting work thoroughly and flagging issues that need attention. Success in the role comes from reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to follow a defined service process from arrival through final reporting.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Comfort using smartphone apps such as Timemark for photo documentation, along with access to a smartphone needed to complete the work.
• Ability to lift trash bags and complete outdoor debris removal tasks.
• Able to work on-site and provide reliable transportation to the Flagstaff site.
• Available to service the site on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday each week.
• Must have gloves needed to perform the work.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with commercial or industrial cleaning in active service environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Call [phone] ext 3 before entering the site.
• Use Timemark for all required photo documentation.
• Take before pictures of all trash cans prior to changing them.
• Remove trash from every can and replace all trash liners.
• Take photos of all trash cans after changing liners.
• Take 10 before pictures of the parking lot using Timemark.
• Pick up all trash and debris in the parking area and back to the fence line.
• Take 10 after pictures of the parking lot using Timemark.
• Report any illegal dumping.
