About The Position

As a Janitorial Rover at Velociti Services, you will be traveling to different locations to help backfill for call-offs, schedule openings, and provide extra coverage to support janitorial functions. Success in this role involves the ability to travel to multiple sites during your shift, ensuring the quality of work, filling in for call-offs, and stepping in to assist the team with cleaning. You will be expected to comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures, assist in maintaining clean work areas at locations, and follow all company procedures, policies, and rules. This role also involves filling in during staff shortages and call-offs, supporting the area lead in completing punch-list items, using proper personal protective equipment, and presenting a professional appearance and conduct. A good understanding of customer service and satisfaction, as well as reporting systems and the environment, is also important.

Requirements

  • Must have their own vehicle
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Previous janitorial experience
  • Understand that safety is a top priority and comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures
  • Must be a team player and committed to working in a quality environment
  • Demonstrates exceptional customer service and leadership skills
  • Stand 33%, Walk >66%, Sit < 10%
  • Use of hands to finger, handle, rub, grip, and feel < 66%

Responsibilities

  • Travel to multiple sites during shift assuring quality of work
