About The Position
Topa is looking for motivated Janitors to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working as part of the janitorial team to clean at the Potash Mine site.
Requirements
- Ability to operate industrial cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Problem solving Skills
- Ability to Multitask
- Must pass a Drug and Alcohol test
- Must have valid class 5 drivers license
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in a similar cleaning or janitorial role is considered an asset
Responsibilities
- Clean Lobbies, restrooms, offices, walkways, ramps, and stairways of buildings
- Sweep, scrub. Wash, and polish floors and clean rugs
- Dust furniture, wash walls
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting of up to 50lbs
- Empty waste and transport to disposal area
- Replenish bathroom supplies
- Must attend all safety meetings as scheduled
- Other duties as assigned
