Nice To Haves

2 years of experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is a plus, but not required.
On-the-job training provided for those with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Experience with a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital, or school is a plus.

Responsibilities

Facility Cleaning — Sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean windows, and move furniture and equipment using ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
Use proper PPE where required, including hard-toe shoes, hard hat, and safety vest.
Open and lock facilities, and arm and disarm security systems as required.
Other duties as assigned.
