Janitorial Operations Manager
About The Position
Our Janitorial Department located in Slingerlands, NY has a full-time, 40-hour Janitorial Operations Manager position available. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm (which includes a daily 30-minute unpaid lunch break). Scheduling flexibility is required to respond to, manage, and resolve after-hours emergencies as per contractual obligations. The range of pay for this position is $24.04-$26.44 per hour depending on experience, and this is an hourly position. The Janitorial Operations Manager is responsible for providing direct customer service and support in conjunction with operational oversight of a network of supervisors and frontline staff. The JOM furthermore ensures Agency policy adherence along with granular oversight pursuant to maintaining and enhancing culture, safety, uniform treatment, and support of all staff.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Have a valid driver’s license that meets WWAARC insurability standards
- Servant leadership (listening, awareness, empathy, and support of staff)
- Must secure and maintain all certifications and training required by WWAARC
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Janitorial service industry experience
