We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Janitorial Night Porter to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our facility’s daily cleanliness, ensuring a welcoming, sanitary, and organized environment for everyone who walks through our school doors. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- 1 year of janitorial or commercial cleaning experience required.
- Ability to walk extensive distances across campus and repetitively lift up to 35 lbs throughout your shift.
- Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and E-verify.
- Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Restocking & Inventory: Keep bathrooms fully stocked with paper products and soap; safely receive and put away janitorial supplies.
- Routine Cleaning: Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, wiping down high-touch surfaces, and cleaning restrooms.
- Floor Care: Vacuum carpets and maintain floor cleanliness in common areas.
- Waste Management: Regularly pull trash and replace liners to keep the facility clutter-free.
- Teamwork: Complete other specialized cleaning duties as assigned by the supervisor to keep operations running smoothly.
