About The Position

Pilot Company is hiring for a Janitorial Maintenance role in its travel center environment. The role is responsible for maintaining the store’s cleanliness and performing general store repairs and maintenance. Team members help provide excellent guest service by keeping facilities well maintained. The company also offers opportunities to train and gain experience in other roles within its travel centers and restaurants.

Requirements

• Be a highly motivated self-starter.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and walk or stand for most of the day.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

• Knowledge of industrial equipment and ability to fix small problems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair and maintenance of the store.
• Pick up and remove trash throughout the travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
