About The Position
Pilot Company is hiring a Janitorial Maintenance team member for its travel centers. The role is responsible for maintaining clean, well-kept facilities and providing excellent guest service. Duties include cleaning the store, showers, and restrooms; handling towels; performing general store repairs and maintenance; and collecting trash throughout the travel center. The position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Starting pay is $15.00–$21.10 per hour.
Requirements
- Be a highly motivated self-starter.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and walk or stand for most of the day.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of industrial equipment and ability to fix small problems.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the overall cleanliness of the store.
- Clean showers and restroom facilities.
- Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
- Perform general store repair and maintenance.
- Pick up and remove trash throughout the travel center.
- Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
