We are seeking for a responsible Janitorial Lead to lead daily cleaning operations assign tasks, train staff, and performs hands-on cleaning duties in industrial, commercial, or production environments.

Requirements

Previous janitorial, industrial cleaning, or sanitation experience required.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work with other crew members
Good time management and attention to detail
Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision

Nice To Haves

Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise janitorial/process cleaning staff during assigned shifts.
Assign daily tasks and monitor work quality and completion.
Perform cleaning and sanitation of floors, walls, equipment, restrooms, breakrooms, and production areas.
Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, tools and equipment.
Inspect work areas to ensure cleanliness procedures, equipment use, and safety practices.
Support emergency cleanups, spills, and special projects as needed.
Promote teamwork, attendance and productivity among staff.
Other assigned duties to support operations.
