Nice To Haves

3+ years of janitorial supervisory experience preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise and train the janitorial staff within the building.
Assign shift schedules and area work responsibilities.
Manage employee relations and performance issues promptly and appropriately; document and report concerns to management or Human Resources.
Review employee timekeeping records to ensure compliance with company policies and complete payroll documentation to ensure all employee hours are paid accurately.
Inspect the job site regularly to identify quality concerns or project work needs; complete and submit inspection reports.
Identify and communicate the need for special project work to management.
Operate floor-cleaning equipment as needed (e.g., buffer, walk-behind scrubber, spot carpet cleaner).
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
Respond promptly and appropriately to customer concerns or complaints.
Enforce all safety policies and procedures; immediately report and investigate accidents.
Complete all required training courses.
