HOURLY - Section Leader
About The Position
Ready to step into a leadership role where your eye for detail and hard work are rewarded every day? As a Janitorial Lead Cleaner, you keep facilities clean and ensure daily standards are met across assigned zones. In this Janitorial Section Lead role, your daily duties include performing general cleaning, pulling trash, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning restrooms. You will also be checking behind teams of cleaners to ensure all tasks are completed per the scope of work. You will serve as a reliable Custodial Lead by supporting team members and completing duties assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a Janitorial Lead Cleaner, Custodial Lead, or senior cleaner.
- Physical stamina to lift 35 lbs. repetitively throughout your shift.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and excellent team leadership skills.
Responsibilities
