About The Position

Community Housing Partners (CHP) is looking for a dependable, hard-working Janitorial / Grounds Technician to help keep our apartment communities clean, safe, and welcoming. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and seeing the results of your efforts every day, we'd love to meet you.

Requirements

• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Enjoys working indoors and outdoors.
• Takes pride in quality work.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Janitorial, landscaping, housekeeping, or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Keep common areas and grounds clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Prepare apartments for new residents.
• Maintain landscaping and curb appeal.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Help create a positive living experience for residents.
