About The Position

Frantz is seeking a reliable and hardworking Janitorial Cleaner / Grounds Keeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment both inside and outside our customer facilities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable performing a variety of cleaning and grounds maintenance duties in all weather conditions.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and temperatures.
• Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and basic grounds maintenance tools.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Previous janitorial or grounds maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience with landscaping, grounds maintenance, or property upkeep.
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, countertops, and fixtures.
• Restock paper products, soap, and other restroom supplies.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Vacuum carpets and mats.
• Sweep and mop hard surface floors.
• Dust offices, workstations, furniture, windowsills, and ledges.
• Clean break rooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Wipe and sanitize tables, countertops, appliances, and high-touch surfaces.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Pick up litter and debris around buildings, sidewalks, parking lots, and landscaped areas.
• Empty exterior trash receptacles.
• Sweep sidewalks, entryways, and outdoor common areas.
• Maintain landscape beds as needed.
• Assist with seasonal grounds maintenance.
• Report property maintenance concerns or safety hazards.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and professional appearance of the facility grounds.
