About The Position

HAZEKAMP MEATS/PREMIER FOODS is seeking a Janitorial / Housekeeping Team Member for their Full-Time 2nd Shift. The typical shift is from 4:30 PM to 12:30 AM, with a starting wage of $17/HR. Benefits and 401K are included after introductory periods. This role involves maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility, including removing trash, cleaning various areas, and sanitizing equipment and production spaces. The associate must adhere to food safety and product handling procedures as dictated by Company procedures and inspected by USDA representatives.

Requirements

The associate is regularly required to stand, stoop, bend, reach, operate commercial cleaning equipment, lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently throughout each hour and must have full use of all extremities while performing duties thoroughly and rapidly throughout the shift.
Near perfect attendance, extremely reliable transportation, attention to detail and reliability are required personal attributes.
Must learn and perform all duties related to food safety and product handling as dictated by Company procedures and verified and inspected by representatives of the USDA.

Responsibilities

Remove all trash from designated section.
Clean up kitchen, break room, restrooms, halls, offices, locker rooms and other areas throughout the building as needed.
Thoroughly rinse, clean and sanitize equipment, tools, and production areas.
All hoses, foamers, buckets, and cleaning supplies are to be rinsed thoroughly, wrapped, and/or stored properly.
Miscellaneous other sanitation related duties as needed.
