About The Position

Road Runr is looking for motivated, high energy team members that will perform the general cleaning requirements for our customers. Team members are expected to provide a consistent and high quality service by maintaining a clean, secure and a safe work environment.

Requirements

1 - 3 years experience in the janitorial industry required
Must have own reliable transportation to get to and from various job sites
Must have flexible availability and willing to work assigned hours - 7 days a week starting at 6:00AM and some nights until 9:00PM
Must be able to communicate effectively in verbal and written format with other employees and the customer
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Must be a team player
Must be able to work holidays

Responsibilities

Covering rest area positions including filling in for absent employees, employee training, project work and other duties as assigned.
Assignments and work schedule will vary daily based on company needs.
Filling in for absent employees at various locations in the Jackson and Ann Arbor Areas
Delivering supplies, equipment, etc
General janitorial cleaning tasks including; Emptying trash containers, taking trash outside to dumpster areas, Dusting, spot cleaning, vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning windows, polishing surfaces, Cleaning and stocking restrooms; cleaning toilets, sinks, floors, plunging toilets, etc., Sanitizing surfaces such as telephones and drinking fountains
Completing customer work orders, correcting complaints, etc.
Clean and organize janitorial closets
Other duties as assigned.
