As a Janitorial Floater, you'll be a vital member of our operations team, helping support multiple client locations and ensuring facilities remain clean, safe, and professionally maintained. Many of our current supervisors, trainers, and managers began their careers in entry-level positions and advanced through hard work and dedication.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation required
• Clean driving record
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work independently and stay productive
• Strong attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Janitorial experience is helpful but not required—we provide paid training

• Provide coverage at various client locations when needed
• Maintain facilities according to company cleanliness and safety standards
• Support supervisors with onboarding and training new team members
• Learn and perform site-specific cleaning procedures
