About The Position
The 3rd Shift - Janitorial Field Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation and administrative activities at the airport. Leads Supervisors to ensure conformance to contract requirements. Develops and implements cost control measures and level of service standards to ensure compliance with customer specifications / contract requirements for assigned buildings. Oversees inspections, quality control measures, and the inventory control of equipment and supplies for the assigned buildings.
Requirements
- Experience in field operations management.
- Experience leading supervisors.
- Ability to develop and implement cost control measures.
- Ability to develop and implement level of service standards.
- Knowledge of customer specifications and contract requirements.
- Experience overseeing inspections and quality control.
- Experience with inventory control of equipment and supplies.
