About The Position

This full-time position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of various areas within the facility, including offices, clinical areas, kitchens, and restrooms. The role involves tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, and waste removal to ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness of the lot – sweep, keep it clean of debris, spray down walkways
Clean walking surfaces and building entrances
Dusting of all offices and clinical areas
Cleaning of glass/windows in areas designated by management
Cleaning of kitchens/lunchrooms/breakrooms
Clean/sanitize surfaces touched by individuals (door handles, elevator buttons, etc.)
Sweep, mop and maintain the cleanliness of the hard flooring surfaces
Vacuum carpeting areas/rugs/runners
Maintain the restrooms with paper towels, toilet paper, etc.
Collect and remove trash/waste from receptacles; add new empty bags
Anything necessary as determined by office/property management
