About The Position

Quality Services Inc is seeking hard-working and experienced Janitors to work independently, cleaning office buildings in the Pittsburgh East and Surrounding Areas. This is a full-time, day shift position. Responsibilities include performing a combination of tasks to maintain the cleanliness of client entrances, lobbies, offices, conference rooms, lounges, restrooms, stairwells, hallways, and any assigned areas in accordance with the company's cleaning standards. An incentive of a $100 bonus is offered after 90 days of employment. The role typically starts at 7 am and lasts approximately 6-8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with occasional optional weekend work. A company vehicle and all necessary equipment and cleaning products are provided once you report to the QSI office.

Requirements

MUST be able to pass a background check
MUST have Valid Driver's License
MUST be physically capable of performing duties. Including on feet for entire shift.
MUST be dependable!
MUST have reliable transportation!
Must have reliable transportation to and from our Company Office in Penn Hills.

Nice To Haves

Floor and Carpet experience also a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning & sanitizing duties, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, empty trash cans, etc.
Maintain cleanliness of client's entrances, lobbies, offices, conference rooms, lounges, restrooms, stairwell, hallways, and any assigned areas in accordance with the cleaning standards established by the company.
