About The Position

This position will be responsible for the cleaning of an office building in the Poughkeepsie area. Quality assurance, maintaining overhead costs, and ensuring high customer service standards are the major tasks associated with this position. Requirements

• Previous custodial or janitorial experience
• Strong organization skills with accurate attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task
• Good customer service skills
• Able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to function as part of a cohesive team
• Previous cleaning experience required

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of scrubbers or auto-buffers

Responsibilities

• Floor Care (knowledge of scrubbers or auto-buffers a plus)
• Cleaning of restrooms
• Window cleaning
• Removing of trash and recyclables
• Vacuuming & Dusting
• Possible snow removal
• Works as part of a team to ensure the requirements of the contract are fulfilled
• Additional tasks as assigned by supervisor
