About The Position

The Janitorial Clinical Cleaner is responsible for basic cleaning, including cleaning all common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, hallways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, drinking fountains, trash, dusting, polishing, and other assigned items/areas. We have multiple shifts available, as well as full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities. This role involves performing essential cleaning tasks, disinfecting, restocking, waste disposal, operating cleaning equipment, and adhering to health and safety standards. The cleaner also reports maintenance issues and handles additional tasks as needed, such as attending to flooded areas or incidental spills.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred
Strong communication skills
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Must be willing to work assigned hours
Able to perform the physical demands of the job, including bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods

Responsibilities

Responsible for all basic cleaning
Clean, disinfect, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
Empty trash and recycling containers, and dispose of waste properly
Cleaning includes sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in all areas
Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums
Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
Performs additional duties as needed, including attending to flooded areas, incidental spills, and cleaning duties related to trash and restrooms.
