Requirements

Ability to lift 35 lbs. repetitively.
Commitment to the Monday-Friday morning schedule with occasional weekend flexibility.
A "Friendly Neighbor" attitude and a consistent work ethic for our morning shift.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a Janitor or Custodian is preferred, but we love to train motivated, reliable people!

Responsibilities

General cleaning and disinfecting of offices, lobbies, and common areas.
Pulling trash and dusting to keep the facility fresh and welcoming for downtown visitors.
Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and breakrooms.
Vacuuming, mopping, and other cleaning duties as assigned by your supervisor.
