About The Position
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Janitorial Cleaner to perform a variety of cleaning duties to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly environment across assigned facilities. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the overall appearance and sanitation of the workplace, contributing to a positive experience for employees, clients, and visitors. A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education. Responsibilities
- Cleans and maintains buildings/facilities.
- Notifies managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs
- Establishes and effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
- Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities
- A cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.
