About The Position

As a Cleaner at Velociti Services, you will be part of our frontline associates that provide commercial cleaning services onsite at client locations. This role focuses on standard custodial and janitorial tasks that include mopping, dusting, vacuuming, wiping, and waste removal. Success in this role involves complying with safety rules, performing work assignments in a team, maintaining a clean work area, following company procedures, taking direction, communicating professionally, filling in during staff shortages, supporting shift leads, using proper personal protective equipment, presenting a professional appearance, understanding customer service, and instilling trust.

Requirements

Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
Perform work assignments in a team with other employees
Maintain clean work area
Follow all company procedures, policies, and rules
Take direction and respond to supervision
Communicate with the lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers professionally
Fill in during staff shortage
Support shift lead in completing punch-list items
Use proper personal protective equipment
Present a professional appearance and conduct
Understand customer service and satisfaction
Understand reporting systems and the environment

Lift boxes and packages weighing up to 60 pounds
Lift, bend, squat, and stretch to move boxes, parcels, and shipments
Climb small to medium flights of stairs multiple times a day
Standing for extended periods of time
