Requirements
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a professional, team-oriented attitude
- Physical ability to perform cleaning and power washing tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to quality work
- Criminal Background Check

- Previous janitorial, housekeeping preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform daily janitorial cleaning to maintain a safe and welcoming environment
- Use power washing equipment to clean and maintain outdoor areas and building exteriors
- Work with a supportive team while interacting professionally with clients and staff at all levels
- Take pride in delivering high-quality results that make a visible difference
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust interior areas
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and high-touch surfaces
- Empty trash and recycling and restock supplies
- Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
- Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and coworkers
