About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Cleaner for part-time evening shifts at two facilities. This role involves performing a variety of cleaning duties to maintain a clean and sanitary environment. The position offers opportunities for advancement, training, and performance-based bonuses. A sign-on bonus is available upon successful completion of 90 days of employment with good attendance and work quality.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to wear a backpack vacuum (weighs 8-12 lbs) for approx. 30-60 minutes
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs non-repetitively
- Must be dependable and on time
- Must be in uniform
Nice To Haves
- Provided several evenings of training and ongoing coaching as needed.
Responsibilities
- Mopping
- Sweeping
- Dusting
- Vacuuming
- Cleaning restrooms and breakrooms
- Taking out the trash
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
- Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude
- Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable, and on time.
