About The Position

A cleaner is responsible for basic cleaning, including cleaning all common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, hallways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, water fountains, trash removal, dusting, polishing, and other assigned items/areas. We have various shifts available, as well as full-time, part-time, and seasonal work opportunities.

Requirements

High school diploma.
Must be willing to work assigned schedules.
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible and able to handle variable workloads.
Able to meet the physical demands of the job, including bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in office cleaning or a similar role is preferred.
Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Responsible for all basic cleaning.
Empty trash and recycling bins, and dispose of waste properly.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all areas.
Perform additional tasks as needed, including attending to flooded areas, accidental spills, and work related to trash and restroom cleaning.
Restock carts and closets at the end of each shift.
Clean and disinfect restrooms, and restock supplies (e.g., soap, paper towels).
