About The Position

Guardian Cleaners LLC is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial Attendants to provide commercial cleaning services at assigned customer locations. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, are reliable, and can work independently.

Requirements

Ability to work flexible shifts
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Good communication skills and professionalism when interacting with customers
Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Ability to follow safety protocols and company policies

Responsibilities

Maintain the overall cleanliness of male/female showers and restrooms of a local fitness club
Perform dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, and other designated areas as assigned by supervisor
Complete cleaning and sanitizing of restrooms
Gather and dispose of trash properly
Clean windows as needed
Disinfect areas as directed by supervisor
Potentially clean areas containing bodily fluids (e.g., blood, vomit)
Perform daily activities including bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching above head for items, pushing and pulling janitorial cart
Lift up to 25 pounds as required
Notify supervisor of deficiencies or repairs needed
Stock and maintain cleaning supplies
Utilize supplies efficiently to avoid waste
Document cleaning activities using daily checklists
Effectively communicate with customers in a professional manner
Adhere to all safety protocols
Abide by company policies
Maintain a professional and clean appearance
