Requirements
- Able to communicate clearly with others
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly (sometimes a little more)
- Can read and understand cleaning labels and safety instructions
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work
- You have a diagnosed significant disability that makes it hard to find other employment opportunities—but you’re ready and willing to work
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma
- Experience working in a healthcare or similar environment
Responsibilities
- Keep our hallways, restrooms, break rooms, and workspaces looking their best
- Use tools and products (safely!) to clean, scrub, polish, and shine
- Restock paper products and essentials in restrooms and break areas
- Interact with staff, patients, and visitors in a kind and courteous way
- Practice time management, teamwork, and positive workplace habits
- Learn new skills through supportive training and job coaching
