About The Position

Team MJV is a Building Service Contractor throughout Indiana and Michigan. We embrace Team Members and our coaches guide, encourage, and teach each team member to effectively execute the scope of work for each customer partner. We pride our Team on being professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. This position is responsible for general cleaning duties, dusting, emptying trash containers, vacuuming, mopping, spot cleaning, and sanitizing all designated areas. It also includes proper use and maintenance of equipment, products, and supplies. Reliable transportation is a MUST, as they will likely work at 1-3 sites per shift. This role offers flexible hours and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Training general cleaners
• Keeping track of inventory at the accounts
• Ensuring scope of work excellence is completed nightly
• Performing general cleaning duties, dusting, emptying trash containers, vacuuming, mopping, spot cleaning, and sanitizing all designated areas
• Proper use and maintenance of equipment, products, and supplies
