About The Position

The Janitorial Account Site Supervisor directly supervises and coordinates team work activities, plans and prepares team schedules, and coaches and trains team members. The supervisor implements 4M standards to ensure efficiency and consistency, resolves client issues, maintains accurate records, and promotes a safe work environment. The role also involves hands-on cleaning alongside the team. The position requires English/Spanish bilingual ability and offers an hourly pay rate of $21.00.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Must have strong computer skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must successfully pass drug screening and a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Some supervisory experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus.
