About The Position
We’re seeking a dedicated Janitorial Account Manager to oversee our clients in the Etowah, TN area, with occasional visits to Nashville once or twice a month. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, 5 hours daily. The role involves managing client relationships, coordinating cleaning schedules, addressing client needs, and ensuring service quality. Occasional travel to Nashville is required. If you enjoy working with people and taking charge of service quality, this role is for you.
Requirements
- Customer service and sales experience are a plus but not mandatory
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Reliable transportation for travel between Etowah and Nashville
- Self-motivated and professional attitude
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing janitorial clients
- Coordinate cleaning schedules and service quality
- Address client needs and concerns promptly
- Conduct occasional site visits in Nashville (once or twice a month)
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
