About The Position

As the Janitorial Account Manager, you will serve as the primary operational leader and Custodial Account Manager for a premier client account in Hartwell, GA. You will direct daily cleaning operations across 5 local facilities, leading a dedicated team of 29 employees. You will serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership, acting as a trusted Janitorial Account Manager who prioritizes customer service, trust, and proactive communication. You will oversee daily facility operations, implementing work schedules, job cards, and regular quality assurance inspections to maintain high standards across all locations. You will lead, mentor, and support an integrated team of frontline cleaners, leads, and roving staff, ensuring proper onboarding, safety compliance, and team development. You will direct budget compliance, job cost reviews, payroll management, and smooth execution of special project work or event coverage. You will work closely with regional leadership and trainers to support operational excellence as an effective Operations Facilities Manager.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of management or leadership experience (janitorial, facilities, food service, or hospitality experience preferred)
  • Ability to pass standard background checks and required security screening
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, customer-first mindset
  • Valid driver’s license
