About The Position

TRDI is currently seeking a full-time experienced Janitor for the Sarita location. Must have custodial experience, knowledge of floor care, cleaning chemicals, and materials. Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance/valid drivers license. Requirements

Custodial experience
Knowledge of floor care, cleaning chemicals, and materials
Able to obtain and maintain security clearance
Able to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license
Able to climb a step ladder
Able to use floor burnisher
Able to communicate effectively with customer

Responsibilities

The Janitor under immediate supervision is assigned to a shift and will clean and provide supplies for buildings, offices and facilities as needed.
Cleans bathrooms, offices, hallways, locker rooms, break rooms, shower rooms, holding cells, surfaces and other assigned areas by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and polishing.
Empties and decontaminates trash containers.
Mixes or blends routine cleaning solutions to proper concentrations as necessary for various tasks.
Washes blinds, windows, screens, sills and walls with prescribed solutions.
Sweeps sidewalks, porches and tiled surfaces.
Dusts furniture and equipment.
Replaces light bulbs, picks up trash and paper around buildings.
Performs other duties as directed by Project Manager.
