About The Position

Janitorial Team Members help maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment. They perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, including floors, bathrooms, and grounds; dispose of trash; and coordinate with management to address maintenance needs. The role includes safely handling, storing, and disposing of cleaning chemicals, monitoring cleaning supplies, and following company policies, procedures, laws, and health and safety standards. Other related duties may be assigned by the management team. The role is suited to someone with a friendly, warm, and caring demeanor who can think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. No experience is necessary. Candidates should be able to use mops, chemicals, and cleaning equipment. Responsibilities

Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, floors, bathrooms, and grounds.
Empty and properly dispose of all trash.
Work with the management team to address maintenance needs inside and outside the restaurant.
Properly handle cleaning chemicals according to safety guidelines and procedures, including their safe use, storage, and disposal.
Alert management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and laws, including health and safety standards.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.
Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
