Requirements

Demonstrates a friendly and positive demeanor.
Possesses a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Must be comfortable working in a variety of outdoor weather conditions (i.e., hot, cold, wet, humid, etc.)
Must be able to lift 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum floors to ensure cleanliness and safety.
Pick up and remove trash from designated areas.
Replace supplies in restrooms, food prep areas, and other designated locations.
Dust surfaces both high and low to maintain a tidy appearance.
Polish surfaces to enhance the overall cleanliness and aesthetics.
Clean glass and mirrors to provide a clear and welcoming environment.
Clean and disinfect restrooms thoroughly and regularly.
Maintain cleanliness in food preparation areas, cafeterias, and break areas.
Clean and sanitize refrigerators and microwaves to ensure a hygienic environment.
Keep janitorial carts and equipment in top working condition.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues promptly.
Keep janitorial closets organized and well-maintained.
Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are stored appropriately.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to janitorial duties.
Follow safety protocols to create a secure working environment for all.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
