About The Position

Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is looking for a Janitor with amazing attention to detail, and a team player attitude to handle the day-to-day upkeep and cleanliness of the buildings, landscaping, amenities, parking lot, trash areas, light bulbs, and more at New Columbia Apartments. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining assigned areas as directed by the Property Manager and the Maintenance Supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous janitorial experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products for janitorial duties.
• Must be motivated, and efficient, and can follow instructions and work individually or as part of a team.
• The ability to read, write, and understand written instructions and labels on cleaning supplies.
• Awareness and ability to adhere to all landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Laws, and Fair Housing Laws, and refrain from all illegal discrimination practices.
• A pre-employment background check is required on all final candidates.
