About The Position
Promanco is seeking hard working and detail-oriented candidates to perform janitorial duties in a variety of residential, businesses, office and restaurant properties. This position is responsible for keeping buildings in clean and orderly condition.

Responsibilities
- Performing heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.
- Performing routine maintenance activities.
- Notifying management when repairs are needed.
- Cleaning snow or debris from sidewalk and patio.
- Replenishing supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in dining room.
- Cleaning and polishing glass shelves and doors of service bars and equipment.
- Sweeping and mopping floors.
