About The Position

Responsible for the janitorial duties of the Riceland H/Q building lobby and corridors.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dry mop corridors, east and west hallways and entrances daily.
• Wet mop corridors and lobby as needed. Vacuum rugs in these areas.
• Clean tops of baseboards and sweep or vacuum to remove particles from under baseboards as needed.
• In restrooms: empty paper, clean chrome fixtures, sinks and countertops, mirrors, partitions, commodes, urinals, walls and mop floors daily.
• Keep tissue paper, paper towels and soap dispensers full.
• Keep sanitary napkin machines and seat cover dispensers full. Keep air fresheners replaced.
• Replace urinal mats as needed.
• In the executive area: empty all trash cans and paper shredders daily. Dust desk, chairs, and cabinets daily. Vacuum all carpeted areas daily. Pick up paper clips, staples or anything that needs to be done to keep area clean.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
