About The Position
To support the mission of Helio Health, Inc., the Janitor will provide routine maintenance and janitorial duties in Helio Health, Inc. programs and properties creating a consistently clean and orderly therapeutic environment. The schedule will be day shift: Sunday-Thurs. The hours will be 7am-3:30p. Pay Rate: $17.22 per hour. In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, this position is eligible to receive a Sign-On Incentive of up to $1,500.00!
Requirements
- Janitorial experience.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
- Physical effort is required, with lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of OSHA & SOS requirements.
Responsibilities
- Performs maintenance and janitorial duties necessary to provide a safe and sanitary environment.
- Monitors inventory of equipment and janitorial supplies.
- Notifies Supervisor of Facilities Maintenance of any situations which could pose a danger to clients/staff, or agency liability.
- Responsible for upkeep of Helio Health, Inc. grounds.
- Other duties as assigned.
