About The Position

Janitorial Team Members help maintain a clean and sanitary restaurant while providing dependable, fast service. They clean and sanitize restaurant areas, including floors, bathrooms, and grounds; dispose of trash; help address maintenance needs; and handle cleaning chemicals safely. They contribute to a safe and welcoming environment and support Chili’s service-focused culture. No experience is necessary.

Requirements

Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Ability to use mops, chemicals, and cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, floors, bathrooms, and grounds.
Empty and properly dispose of all trash.
Work with the management team to address maintenance needs inside and outside the restaurant.
Safely use, store, and dispose of cleaning chemicals according to safety guidelines and procedures.
Alert management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws, including health and safety standards.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.
Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
