About The Position

Joining our Housekeeping team, your role will be responsible for the cleanliness and neatness of all carpets and floors within our community in addition to other custodial tasks. Requirements

  • Has knowledge of cleaning equipment and cleaning chemicals/solvents and demonstrated ability to work safely with them.
  • Can learn the methods of cleaning and caring for buildings and equipment.
  • Has a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (this position drives a golf cart).
  • Can handle multiple tasks and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand and walk long distances up to 8 hours per day.
  • Must be able to stoop and work from a kneeling position; perform repetitive bending, reaching, and stretching.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. independently.
  • Must be able to push and/or pull wheeled carts and equipment weighing up to 100 lbs. over tiled and carpeted surfaces over long distances.

Nice To Haves

  • 6 months of hard floor and carpet care preferred but not required.
